The Philosophy of RHAM is that Research and Development is a continuous process ensuring that our products meet the ever changing demands in the workplace by incorporating the latest technology. Rham has enjoyed many fruitful partnerships with our customers and has designed products that have led to advancements in mining and HEALTH and SAFETY. As Research and Development is a dynamic process, we are able to offer any customer innovative thinking and fast turn around times from concept to manufacture and delivery.

Technical Support

It has been our experience that customer has been trained, 90% of the problems can be solved telephonically. For the remaining 10% RHAM provides hands on 24/7 technical support. Our Technical Department has a wealth of experience and a dedicated team to support our customers during times of crisis and during normal working hours.

Training and Education

RHAM believes in the T.E.C.H. (Teach Each Customer How)
This approach we believe is fundamental to working safely whilst obtaining high productivity and machine utilization. RHAM offers intense hands on training courses in three languages tailored to train and educate from operator to management. The training courses are classroom based but has adapted to be taught in workshops, out in the field or underground. The course material consists of both theoretical and practical sections.
The course material covers;

• Safety

• Routine Checks (SOS and EOS)

• Troubleshooting

• Rham Training officers are MQA certified

Spare Parts and Support

RHAM Equipments policy is to have in stock all the major components critical to maintaining machine availability in the field. To ensure fast turnaround of breakdowns, consignment stock and depots are available for 24/7 operation.

Repair and Rebuild Service

ALL RHAM Machines are of modular design making it viable and economical to repair all major components in house. As the factory is located in Gauteng, Rham is able to repair and rebuild the units in very short lead times.
